Free Worldwide Shipping
We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders to any destination around the world. That's right – no matter where you are, you can enjoy our fabulous vintage finds without any additional shipping costs.
Once you've placed your order, we'll process it within 1-2 business days. After that, shipping times may vary depending on your location:
- Europe: 14-21 business days
- USA, Canada, and Europe: 14-21 business days
- Australia, New Zealand, and Asia: 14 -21 business days
- Rest of the World: 14- 21 business days
Please note that these shipping times are only estimates, and they may be affected by factors outside our control, such as customs clearance and local postal services.
As soon as your order is shipped, we'll send you an email with your tracking information. This way, you can follow your parcel's journey right to your doorstep.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Timeless Vintage purchase. If the item purchased arrives not as described or damaged you can return the item to be eligible for a full refund. We sadly do not accept returns for change of mind or due to sizing. We will do our best to include exact product measurements within all product descriptions to avoid disappointment. Please feel free to contact us before purchasing an item so that we can provide additional images or information to ensure that you will be happy with your purchase.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
Shipping Costs for Returns
