Delivery Information

 

Orders placed on Timeless Vintage can be delivered every day of the week. Delivery costs will vary depending on the service selected, where your item is coming from and its destination. Express delivery is available for the majority of destinations. Standard delivery are available in selected countries. When you're placing your order, the available delivery options for your destination will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery to PO Box addresses is currently unavailable.

For shipments above 500 USD, UPS and FedEx require a direct signature for delivery.

 

Delivery Times

 

Once you've placed your order, we'll process it within 1-2 business days. After that, shipping times may vary depending on your location:

Express delivery for most of Europe and the US: delivered within 7-10 days. Rest of the world: delivered within 10-14 days.

Delivery times are based on the time your package is sent and should only be used as a guide. Timeless Vintage cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed payments, though we'll try to minimise any potential delays.

 

Tracking Your Order

 

After you’ve placed an order, we’ll email you with all the shipping details. Our brands and partner boutiques have 2 business days to process your order. Once your order is sent, you’ll receive an email with the tracking number.

We always aim to deliver your package within the time specified, but sometimes there may be delays due to customs clearance or failed payments.

If you've shopped items from multiple locations, you may receive more than one package.

 

Returns

 

If the item purchased arrives not as described or damaged you can return the item to be eligible for a full refund. We sadly do not accept returns for change of mind or due to sizing. We will do our best to include exact product measurements within all product descriptions to avoid disappointment. Please feel free to contact us before purchasing an item so that we can provide additional images or information to ensure that you will be happy with your purchase. 

  

Shipping Costs for Returns

 

Although we offer free shipping on all orders, customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning an item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
