Do we ship worldwide?
Absolutely! We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders to any destination around the world. We believe that everyone should have access to our fabulous vintage finds, no matter where they are located.
How long does it take to receive an order?
Once you've placed your order, we'll process it within 1-2 business days. After that, shipping times may vary depending on your location:
- Europe: 4-5 business days
- USA, Canada, and Europe: 7-10 business days
- Australia, New Zealand, and Asia: 7-10 business days
- Rest of the World: 10-15 business days
Please note that these shipping times are only estimates, and they may be affected by factors outside our control, such as customs clearance and local postal services.
When will my order be dispatched?
We aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 business days after receiving it. Once your order is shipped, we'll send you an email with your tracking information, allowing you to follow your parcel's journey right to your doorstep.
Can I cancel my order?
We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible at sales@timelessvintage.co. If your order has not yet been shipped, we'll do our best to accommodate your cancellation request. However, once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. In such cases, you can refer to our return policy on the Delivery & Returns page.
What is your return policy?
At Timeless Vintage, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, you can return your order within 14 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging. Please refer to our Delivery & Returns page for detailed information on our return process and how to initiate a return.
Can I place a custom order or request a specific vintage item?
At Timeless Vintage, we love helping our customers find their dream vintage pieces. While we may not be able to accommodate all custom order requests, feel free to reach out to our customer support team atsales@timelessvintage.co with your request, and we'll do our best to assist you. If we can't find the item you're looking for, we'll keep an eye out for it during our sourcing trips and will notify you if it becomes available.
