At Timeless Vintage Co we ensure that we fully disclose the condition of each item available on our store. In the description of each product, Timeless Vintage Co will specify the condition of the items to the best of our ability. Every used item offered by Timeless Vintage Co has been curated, cleaned and restored to the best possible condition unless noted otherwise. Each item will be sent to you ready to be used or worn.


All items are sold ‘As Seen’. Please send us an email if you have any questions regarding an item you’re interested in, or require any additional images. As a small team, every customer is of major importance to us, and customer satisfaction is our highest priority. We will happily respond to any queries within 24 hours. 


If you are unhappy with your purchase, you need to receive an authorisation from our team and return the item within 7 days of your purchase. Once a return has been authorised, one of the team will provide a returns label, which you can use to post the item. We will process a refund within 7 days of receiving the return.

Please remember all items we offer always show a varied degree of wear – from pristine condition to well worn. If in doubt, please ask one of the team to explain a little more regarding the condition of an item: we have no problem in disclosing all flaws, as we believe that adds to the overall character of the piece. Obviously, any flaws will be reflected on the price of the item. For perfection, please shop brand new! Vintage items are about a unique past life, and the story that they may tell. All sales are final.


Of course, in cases where an item is found to be unauthentic, we offer a full refund – no questions asked (although, you just aren’t going to need this, as we only sell the real deal!).


Items should be returned unused with all Timeless Vintage Co tags still attached on the garment. Returns that are damaged, altered from the original described condition or not including the original tags not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Where mentioned any branded packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags should be included with your return. All items returned should have a approval from one of our team members. Returns that have not been approved, may be sent back to the shipper.
