How to Track Your Order
You can monitor your order’s progress at any time through your Timeless Vintage account. Here’s how:

On the Website: Navigate to My Account → Orders & Sales → Order History.

Important Note on Delivery Estimates

Please be aware that estimated delivery times are subject to change. Factors such as shipping company schedules, weather conditions, and unforeseen circumstances may affect the actual delivery time.

Seller’s Shipping Timeline
The seller is given 7 days to ship your order. If the item is not shipped within this timeframe, the order will be automatically cancelled, and a full refund will be processed immediately.

Shipping Process
Direct Shipping is a more localized shipping option, which means your item will be sent directly from the seller to you. As soon as the seller ships the item, you’ll receive all tracking information along with an updated estimated delivery date.

Please note that some carriers do not update trackings on Weekends. Your tracking will be updated on the following working day.
